Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase from the Pokhara Mobile Store!

We understand that sometimes you might need to return or exchange an item. To ensure a smooth process, please review our return and refund policy below.


Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
• You can return or exchange your purchase within 3 days of the delivery date.
• The item must be unused and in the original packaging, with all tags and manuals attached.
• Goods must be unopened and with the original seal intact. For hygiene reasons, earphones cannot be returned once opened.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all returns and exchanges.

Reasons for Return or Exchange:
• Incorrect item received
• Faulty or damaged item (upon arrival)

Non-Returnable Items:
• Items that have been used or damaged after purchase
• Items without original packaging or missing components
• Opened phones or earphones [items*]
• Items purchased on sale or clearance

Non-Returnable for Change of Mind:
• We do not accept returns for items due to a change of mind.

Return Process:
1. Contact the Pokhara Mobile Store via email at PokharaMobileStore@gmail.com or by phone at +977-98560-85887 to initiate your return or exchange.
2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the box.
4. Ship the item back to the Pokhara Mobile Store at the following address:
ChipleDhunga, Pokhara, Gandaki Province, Nepal.
5. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds:
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

Exchanges:
• If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, we will process your return and create a new order for the desired item.
• You will be responsible for any price difference between the original item and the new item.

Warranty:
• Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty for any issues that arise after the return window has closed.
