At Pokhara Mobile Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you receive a defective item, or if there is a problem with your order, you may return the item within 3 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Accessories must be returned with all original packaging and tags intact.
All refund or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of the date of purchase. After 3 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the original payment was made by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same credit card used for the original purchase. If the original payment was made by cash, a check will be mailed to the customer.
